The life and times of a veteran who has prostate cancer. Tips and hints on how to cope with cancer. Sharing the good and the bad of my life. Hoping that this blog will help at least one person.
I am a 60 year old disabled veteran of the Vietnam War. From 1978 to 1985 I worked all over the world as an Industrial Relations Representative on oil rigs in the North Sea, Mediterranean, Gulf of Mexico, and other remote places and shipyards. I retired in 1985. I went back to college after I retired and earned two degrees. One in Electronics and one in Business. I earned those degrees in 1990 and 1991 respectively. I hobbied electronics repair of TVs, Stereos, Microwaves, VCRs, CD players, etc. I also setup home electronics with the wiring, TV antennaes, and similar jobs. Around 1995 I started getting into computers and worked on them full time starting in 1997. Presently My wife and I own a small farm and enjoy working with our horses, goats, and donkeys. Hopefully we will get chickens soon because no farm is complete without them.
